Rapid Teachers ends both. You're booked and employed directly by Victorian schools on the full Ministerial Order rate — $****** + 12% super, the union-negotiated rate, on every single booking. No "up to." No "T&Cs;" or "bonuses at some schools" or "T&Cs.;" That's $2,129 + super for a five-day week — income you can actually plan on.
What's the catch? There isn't one for you: schools pay for the platform, not teachers.

Daily rate per Ministerial Order **** (Victorian government schools, full-day engagement), current as at July **** and indexed biannually. Weekly figure based on five full days.
