Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) who enjoys complex commercial disputes and wants exposure to high-profile litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations and restructuring matters. You'll work alongside highly regarded Partners, taking ownership of sophisticated matters while continuing to strengthen your technical, strategic and commercial expertise.
You'll join one of Australia's most highly regarded disputes practices, acting for major Australian and international clients. The team is known for its commercially focused approach, working closely with clients to identify practical solutions and achieve the best possible outcome rather than simply progressing litigation through the court process.
One of the strengths of this prospect is the level of responsibility you'll receive. You'll work directly with experienced Partners, lead significant aspects of matters,
contribute to litigation strategy and mentor junior lawyers while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership skills.
The practice advises across commercial disputes, shareholder and contractual claims, class actions, regulatory investigations, insolvency and restructuring, competition and consumer matters, white collar crime and corporate disputes. Many matters also involve international clients or cross-border elements, providing the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
