What you'll do
Partner with product and engineering leadership to drive data-informed decision making.
Create and manage the measurement framework for the app ecosystem, including AI-driven workflows and developer success.
Develop strategies for experimentation and decision-making processes.
Build systems to utilize AI evaluation metrics for product development.
Mentor and develop senior data scientists to improve strategic output.
Identify growth opportunities and risks within the ecosystem to inform business strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior data leader working alongside product executives.




Ability to design measurement strategies for complex, multi-surface product systems.
Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
Experience driving results in high-growth environments or early-stage product development.
Strong communication skills to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience establishing success metrics for new product categories.
Background working with API platforms, app marketplaces, or MCP server products.
History of providing data insights to support go-to-market and sales teams.
