About the role
The Strategic Project Officer works across a range of projects supporting the Strategy and Development Network to translate strategies into projects and programs across cohealth. The Strategic Project Officer will also provide broader support to the Network in the delivery of its strategic priorities.

Contribute to the delivery and successful implementation of strategic projects across a range of strategic projects across the organisation
Support Service design including review, delivery and implementation
Prepare project proposals, PowerPoints, reports and policy documents that are concise, accurate and support the development and delivery of projects and programs
Communicate effectively, ensuring that the message is clear, fluent, and considered

A tertiary qualification in health, business, project management, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience of project management and/or contribution to the full life cycle of projects
Demonstrated skills in project management and/or contribution to the full life cycle of projects
Sound coordination, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing projects and priorities
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
