Are you a highly organised logistics professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment? Join
Coregas
and play a key role in leading and coordinating the safe and efficient distribution of cylinder products across Victoria.
What you'll do:
Lead and coordinate daily scheduling of metro and regional deliveries
Manage fleet utilisation, load planning, and transport compliance
Supervise, coach, and support drivers and operational team members
Liaise with Sales, Operations, and customers to meet service demands
Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR), DG, and safety requirements are met
Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and fleet performance
Drive DIFOT performance and operational efficiency targets
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
Contribute to team success and continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
Previous experience in transport scheduling, fleet coordination, or logistics operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of transport compliance, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills




Ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment
Relevant experience in a similar role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Commitment to safety and teamwork
