Early Learning Centre Administration & Family Co-Ordinator
Are you an organised, professional, and passionate early childhood professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join our purpose-built Early Learning Centre.
As the first point of contact for our centre, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for families from their initial enquiry and enrolment through every stage of their child's early learning journey. You will also provide valuable administrative support while working collaboratively with our education team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.

About You
You are someone who:
Has a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
Builds positive and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
Demonstrates exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Takes initiative, manages competing priorities effectively, and works independently.
Is flexible and available to work rotating shifts between
6:30 am and 6:30 pm
, Monday to Friday.
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is willing to support educators within classrooms as required.
Essential Selection Criteria
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven time management and administrative abilities.
A proactive, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
Demonstrated commitment to professional conduct, confidentiality, and teamwork.
A genuine commitment to child safety, child wellbeing, and the rights of every child.
Understanding of, and willingness to uphold, the
Child Safe Standards
, mandatory reporting obligations, the
National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
, and all relevant child protection legislation and policies.
Desirable Criteria
Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
Experience within the early childhood education and care sector.
Previous administration experience, including:
Financial administration and fee management.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and childcare management software.
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
