You'll work alongside the owner across all aspects of the business, from customer service and food preparation to presentation, systems, marketing and day-to-day operations. Your ideas will be valued, your contribution recognised, and, for the right person, there may be opportunities to grow with the business over time.

The Role
Customer service and building relationships with regular customers.
Food and beverage preparation.
Opening and closing the café.
Maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation.
Stock control and organisation.
Supporting recent menu ideas and seasonal promotions.
Taking quality photos of food, coffee and the café for social media.
Helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere Cafe Lounge is known for.
Working with the owner to continually improve the business.
Hospitality experience is highly regarded, but attitude, initiative and the right values are even more important.
