CWM Homewares is looking for an organised, detail-driven Shipping & Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This is a hands-on, dual-focused role: you'll manage the end-to-end logistics of our import and export shipments, while also owning the accounts payable process for the supplier and freight forwarder invoices tied to those shipments.

About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of all import and export consignments — coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to keep orders moving on time. You'll also manage the accounts payable side of shipping: matching, coding and processing supplier and freight invoices, and ensuring every shipment's costing is accurate and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end logistics of import/export shipments, from booking through to warehouse receipt
Process, match and reconcile freight forwarder and supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and on-time payment




Build and maintain accurate landed cost workings for each shipment (product, freight, duty, insurance and clearance costs)
Process Goods Receipts into the ERP / inventory management system, ensuring costing integrity
Monitor freight rates and negotiate competitive pricing to optimise shipment spend
Coordinate QA, testing and pre-shipment audits with suppliers and QA companies
Maintain shipping documentation and WIPs, and communicate regularly with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders
Support month-end close for shipment-related accounts payable
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar shipping / supply chain role
Experience and background in a logistics or shipping environment
Sound knowledge of accounts payable processes — invoice matching, coding and reconciliation
Experience with ERP systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)
Solid organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
A degree in Business, Supply Chain or Accounting is an advantage but not essential
