Your New Role
This is your chance to be part of something bigger. As the Maintenance Administrator, you'll be the go-to person keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for the community. From handling inquiries and coordinating with operational teams to managing daily schedules, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
Raise, process, and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Provide high-quality, day-to-day administrative support to the busy maintenance workshop
Maintain accurate maintenance records, compliance logs, and documentation
Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
Process invoices and reconcile purchase orders to keep financials on track
Update maintenance management systems and ensure top-tier data accuracy
Assist with scheduling maintenance activities and keeping general fleet administration running smoothly




Support the Fleet Coordinator with ad hoc administrative tasks and team projects

About You
You bring a background in administration, ideally within a maintenance, fleet, transport, or workshop environment (2+ years highly regarded).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and have experience with the MEX Maintenance Management System (essential)
You possess strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
You take pride in a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling data and documentation.
You have excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with both a tight-knit internal team and external suppliers.
