What you'll be doing
Foster relationships with clients within the construction, energy, and resources sectors across Dubbo and regional NSW.
Communicate client needs to sourcing teams to ensure the right candidates are recruited for operational success.
Visit clients and field employees on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Conduct risk assessments for new clients and oversee incident management processes.
Promote and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in blue-collar workforce management, recruitment, or HR within construction or related industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.




Ability to travel and visit client sites regularly.
Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
