As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.

Working closely with the Directors and clinical team, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping bring our long-term vision to life.
The Opportunity
You'll lead the day-to-day operations of DentalFit, ensuring our people, systems and processes work together seamlessly to deliver an exceptional experience every day.
Your key responsibilities will include:
People & Culture
Lead, support and develop the DentalFit team by fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. You'll assist with recruitment and onboarding alongside the Directors, support training and professional development, and help create a culture where people feel valued, accountable and empowered to do their best work.
Practice Operations
Oversee the daily running of the practice, including patient flow, staffing, operational priorities and workflow improvements. You'll continually look for ways to strengthen our systems, improve efficiency and support the ongoing success of the practice.
Oversee the practice's operational financial processes, including billing, invoicing, payroll and accounts, ensuring everything runs accurately and efficiently. You'll monitor practice performance,



assist with budgeting and reporting, and provide operational insights that help inform business decisions.
Champion the DentalFit patient experience, ensuring every patient receives warm, personalised and consistent care from their first enquiry through to ongoing treatment. You'll work closely with the team to continually improve every stage of the patient journey.
Compliance & Quality
Maintain the systems and processes that support compliance with dental regulations, privacy requirements, workplace health and safety and professional standards. You'll help ensure DentalFit continues to operate safely, efficiently and to the high standards our patients expect.
Practice Resources
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, equipment servicing and the resources that keep the practice running smoothly.
Ensure our clinicians have the systems, resources and operational support they need so they can focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
Work alongside the Directors to implement new ideas, improve systems and support strategic initiatives that strengthen the practice and contribute to its long-term growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings experience, initiative and strong leadership skills.
You'll likely have experience managing a dental or healthcare practice and enjoy leading people, improving processes and creating a positive workplace culture.
Ideally, you'll have:
Proven experience in practice management, ideally within a dental or healthcare environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.




Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience overseeing financial and administrative processes.
A genuine understanding of what exceptional patient care looks like.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with patients, clinicians, suppliers and colleagues.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Confidence using practice management software and digital systems.
High levels of professionalism, integrity and emotional intelligence.
A genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
