I'm working with a very reputable environmental consultancy seeking an experienced Area Manager / Principal to lead its Sydney contaminated land team.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a senior consultant who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and driving business growth, while remaining technically involved in major contaminated land projects.

About the role




You'll lead a high-performing team, oversee technical quality, mentor staff, manage key client relationships and help drive the continued growth of the business. You'll also act as Project Director on major contaminated land projects and contribute to business development across NSW.
About you
15+ years' contaminated land consulting experience
Strong knowledge of NSW contaminated land legislation and guidelines
CEnvP SC (or working towards)
Proven leadership and client management experience
Existing industry network highly regarded
