We are currently seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at our Residential Aged Care Facility and TLC Primary Care clinic.

Job Type:
Part Time – 3 days/week
Availability:
Mondays and Wednesdays are required; the third day is negotiable.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.

The Role
You will be a dedicated, approachable team player with a genuine passion for improving the quality of life of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments across a diverse patient base
Prescribing exercise programs and developing tailored care plans
Liaising with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners, and equipment suppliers
Managing falls reviews and implementing prevention strategies
Providing private practice services within our onsite medical hub
You will also have access to fully equipped,
state-of-the-art gymnasiums and a hydrotherapy pool to support the delivery of high-quality treatment programs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current full registration with AHPRA
A genuine passion for working with a diverse client base, including elderly residents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A current valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
NDIS Check (including police clearance)
