As an
Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks

Job Description
To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people who have:
A minimum of
two years' progressively responsible experience
, including at least one year in a customer‐facing role
Strong
organisational, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills
The ability to
lead effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Previous experience in
store leadership roles
, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
Experience supporting
store operations
and contributing to
financial performance
Exposure to
rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
A proven ability to
develop teams
and foster a
positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
