As we expand, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with a variety of skills to join our Production team at our world-class facility in Banyo. If you're looking for a casual on-call role between Monday to Friday, work within a food production environment, develop your skills and contribute to Australia's leading healthy meal provider, we'd love to hear from you.
Day shift - 7am (working a minimum of 4 hours +)
Afternoon shift - 3pm (working a minimum of 4 hours +)
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Hand cutting and trimming fresh produce and raw/cooked meats
Preparing vegetables and ingredients for production
Measuring, mixing, and batching ingredients for a range of cooking processes
Assembly Line Production
Performing repetitive, hands-on production line tasks
Portioning meals to specification
Moving products efficiently between production areas
Machine Operation
Operating production equipment,



including mixers, ovens, flow wrappers, date coding machines, X-ray systems, IBEX, and mezzanine equipment
Ensuring machinery is operated safely and effectively
Physical and Fast-Paced Work
Picking, packing, and preparing products for distribution
Lifting, pushing, and pulling racks and boxes weighing up to *****kg
Maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment
Cold Environment Work
Working in temperature-controlled areas (approximately 8°C to -4°C)
Performing occasional duties in freezer environments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Previous production, manufacturingor food processing experience (highly regarded)
The capability to work comfortably in cold-room conditions
A strong understanding of food safety, qualityand hygiene standards
Excellent reliability, punctualityand a strong work ethic
Physical fitness and the ability to safely perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg
A positive attitude and solid communication skills
A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
Recruitment Process
As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an onsite Assessment Centre. This provides an opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of the role and work environment, while allowing us to assess skills relevant to the position.
