Role Overview
You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of accounts, working with customers to achieve sustainable repayment outcomes while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry guidelines. The Day-to-Day!
Here'swhat your day might look like:
Confidently manage inbound and outbound calls,assistingcustomers with an existing or past relationship – no cold calling.
Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts from start to finish, providing tailored solutions and ensuringtimelyfollow-up and action.
Utilise skip tracing techniques tolocatecustomers andestablishcontact.
Investigate and manage escalated accounts including hardship, disputes, and potential legal matters.
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).




Maintainaccuraterecords and use company software to manage customer cases.
Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives.

Are confident managing sensitive or complex customer conversations with empathy, while remaining firm and professional.
Are self-motivated, results-driven and eager to learn.

Can work independently while contributing to the wider team.
Enjoys working in a team setting whilst also being challenged to achieve individual goals.
