Holistic Futures in Victoria is looking for friendly Disability Support Workers to join our team in Geelong. Roles include morning, day, and afternoon shifts with a requirement of at least 3 shifts per week, supporting individuals under their NDIS plans and providing personal care, domestic tasks, and community access.
Experience with MS is an advantage; training in manual handling and protected transfer is valued.
