Maintenance Fitter / Fabricator
who wants to be part of that journey.
Working alongside our
Continuous Improvement Manager
, you'll play a key role in making our factory safer, smarter and more efficient every day.

About the Role
Your days will include a mix of:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance across our manufacturing plant
Welding and fabrication of machinery, guards, conveyors and custom equipment
Designing and building engineering improvements
Installing and commissioning new production equipment
Working with our Continuous Improvement Manager to reduce downtime and improve efficiencies
Manufacturing custom parts and modifications
Supporting automation and new equipment installations
Troubleshooting mechanical faults
Contributing ideas that improve productivity, quality and safety
If you enjoy making things work better—not just fixing them—this role is for you.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner, Mechanical Fitter or similar




Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Excellent mechanical fault-finding ability
A practical mindset and pride in quality workmanship
A passion for improving equipment and processes
The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit engineering team
Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
