$70,000 + super + uncapped commission structure OTE $100K+ with top performers earning $150K+
Warm leads (you're not cold starting from scratch every time)

What you'll do:
Making ~ 50 outbound calls per day to SME business owners




Running the full sales process from first contact through to close
Working warm leads provided by the business
Hitting daily and monthly KPIs in a competitive sales environment
Building genuine rapport and controlling conversations with clients
Keeping CRM records tight and up to date
Learning the energy market and developing strong product knowledge
What we're looking for:
Competitive, motivated, and money-driven individuals
People comfortable on the phone

Recent grads or early-career sales reps wanting a proper sales career
