About the Role
As a Night Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced cool room environment using our iPad-based picking system while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using iPads and our digital picking system.
Follow on-screen picking instructions to ensure order accuracy.




Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for dispatch.
Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow food safety and quality procedures.
Work efficiently to meet nightly dispatch deadlines.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Be comfortable using an iPad or similar handheld device.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be physically fit and capable of safely lifting cartons up to 15 kg.
Be comfortable working in a refrigerated cool room environment.
Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Be available to work night shifts and weekends when required.
Desirable (but not essential)
Previous warehouse or order picking experience.
Experience in the fresh produce industry.
Forklift license.
