About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join the team in Cheltenham. You will manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 170 commercial and industrial tenancies, with support from a shared Assistant Property Manager, administration and accounts team.
This is a pure property management role, with leasing handled by the dedicated Sales & Leasing team and no outgoing budget preparation required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 170 commercial and industrial tenancies.
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinating maintenance and contractor works.
Managing lease administration, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Handling arrears and ensuring legislative compliance.




Utilising Released software for portfolio management.
Working closely with the administration, accounts and leasing teams.
About You:
A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a commercial property portfolio.
A current Agent's Representative Certificate.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Ideally reside locally to Cheltenham or the surrounding south-eastern suburbs.
What's on Offer:
Salary package negotiable to $120,000 depending on experience level
Monday to Friday.
Opportunity to work from home after successfully completing your 6-month probation.
