The Role
This is a full time role for a star Fleet Controller and genuine team player.



You'll oversee the day to day running of our container fleet and be part of building something outstanding.
Your responsibilities include:
Reporting directly to the CEO
Accurate and timely scheduling and booking of shipping container deliveries
Monitoring a fleet of trucks and drivers
Accurate and timely booking and allocation of container slots
Monitoring and responding to client queries clearly and efficiently
Communicating driver rosters accurately
Using booking software including Freight Tracker, 1-Stop, Freightweb and more
What you'll bring
Previous experience managing a fleet and a team
Fleet operations and management know how
Supervisory skills
Robust analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple things at once
Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
Experience with fleet management software
Knowledge of Freight Tracker
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
