What you'll do
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to oversee the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Offer direct support and architectural insights to technical representatives within client organizations, facilitating effective implementation of our solutions.
Create and present engaging technical product demonstrations tailored to showcase the capabilities of our voice AI technology.
Develop comprehensive internal training materials aimed at enhancing the technical skills of the sales team, enabling them to better serve our clients.
Write clear and concise documentation, along with building self-service resources, to empower customers to implement our solutions independently.
Work alongside product teams to identify common integration challenges and transform them into standardized features that enhance user experience.
Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and insights,



which will inform future product development and enhancements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our technology effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Foster solid relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and client expectations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software architecture and various integration patterns.
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, which could be gained through professional work or relevant side projects.
Demonstrated ability to identify, standardize, and scale technical solutions that meet client needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to tailor technical information for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Willingness to work from our Sydney office at least three days a week, or be based in Melbourne with a commitment to frequent travel for in-person collaboration.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.




A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
