An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving financial sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end and year-end processes
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Prepare financial reports for Executive Leadership, Board and Committee meetings
Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures and internal controls
To be successful in this role,



you will bring:
CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership position
Robust knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting and compliance requirements
Experience managing audits and preparing statutory financial statements
Experience within government, not-for-profit or community-focused organisations – must have
