Site Supervisor - Refinery Project (Melbourne)

About the Role
Immediate start available
3-6 month project duration
Opportunity for permanent placement
Monday to Saturday roster
Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm
Melbourne-based project
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
Monitor and enforce site safety compliance
Coordinate labour, equipment, and subcontractors
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Liaise with project management and client representatives
Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within industrial, refinery, demolition, or construction environments
Experience working in live petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas facilities
Strong understanding of safety management and permit-to-work systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage site personnel effectively




Current White Card
Valid driver's licence
Must be based in Melbourne and available for an immediate start
Highly Regarded
Demolition experience
Experience supervising shutdowns, maintenance, or brownfield projects
Relevant trade qualification or supervisory certifications
