Bookkeeper / Administration Officer
to join our team on a
full-time basis at our Dubbo site, located at 100 Erskine Street.
About the Role
You will provide essential financial and administrative support across our growing portfolio of businesses:
Three Totally Workwear stores
(Dubbo, Tamworth & Gunnedah) (embroidery, heat transfers & apparel)
Rhino Promotions
(promotional products)
Working Cattle Farm
operations (Angus cow & calf operation)
New Agritourism / Farm Stay venture
(guest accommodation & experiences)
This is a key support role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation (Xero / MYOB)
Accounts payable & receivable, invoicing
BAS, GST, and end-of-month reporting




Inventory and stock management support across retail sectors
Administrative support for farm operations and agritourism bookings
Processing supplier payments and customer accounts
Profitability tracking across our sites and industries
General office administration and filing
Conducting monthly debtor reviews and account reconciliation with customers
Capacity to grow with the business as we expand into more areas
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration (Xero/MYOB essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple businesses and priorities
Experience in retail, trade, promotions is highly regarded
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rural family business workplace
Reliable, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills
Full Australian driver's licence (desired but not essential)
