As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you'll provide practical, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, building meaningful connections while supporting their daily routines and independence.
Role: 2 x Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
Minimum contract hours: guarantee 40 hour per fortnight
Availability:Monday – Friday. Shift 1: 7am - 3pm & Shift 2: 12pm - 7pm
Location:Travelling across Ballarat, ideally you live within 15 km around Ballarat.

What You'll Do
Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
Record visit notes using oursimple mobile app




What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles
Current driver's licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
What You'll Get
