This role puts you at the heart of our F&B; operation. You'll lead from the front, drive fresh ideas, and help make our food and drink offering truly unforgettable.
What you will be doing:
Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate F&B; team




Overseeing daily operations across our food and beverage outlets and C&E;
Delivering standout guest experiences, every shift
Managing stock, budgets, rosters, and suppliers like a pro
Driving standards, consistency, and a positive team culture
Working closely with senior management to elevate our offering
What you'll need to succeed
Have solid experience in food & beverage management (3 years minimum)
Inspires, supports and brings out the best in their team
Bring energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach
Stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-driven with a true passion for hospitality
Are polished, personable, and calm under pressure
Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional, friendly manner
