As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the business and supporting outstanding customer relationships.
Your success will be measured by your ability to:
Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain healthy debtor balances through proactive and professional follow‐up.
Build positive relationships with customers while managing collections respectfully.
Reconcile customer accounts accurately and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
Support month‐end reporting and contribute to accurate financial records.
Work collaboratively with the finance team to deliver exceptional internal customer service.
Assist the Accounts Payable function during peak periods and provide support across the finance team when required.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
Skills & Experience
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position.
Experience with invoicing, debtor management and account reconciliations.
Robust communication skills and confidence speaking with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
A positive, team‐first attitude and willingness to support others.
Qualifications
Ideally you'll have:
Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business(Desirable), or
Equivalent practical experience within an Accounts Receivable or Finance role.
