POSITION
Due to strong growth and internal restructuring the position of Workflow Coordinator has been created.
The role will involve the following:
Client relationship management
Liaise with the Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage workflow and deadlines
Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other external bodies
Liaising with the ATO
Diary management and assist with client meetings
Invoicing
Any other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
Experience with all facets of public practice administration
Outstanding
attention to detail
is non negotiable




Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to be a team player
