As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, social-first Digital Content Creator to help bring our brand to life through engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating content and understands what makes people stop scrolling. Working closely with our Creative Content Manager and broader Brand team, you'll help concept, capture and edit content that builds brand awareness, grows engagement and connects with our community.
We're looking for a true social native who is always across the latest trends, understands platform-specific content and can quickly turn ideas into engaging videos and social posts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera as much as behind the laptop and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of Solbari's social presence.
What You'll Be Doing
Create engaging organic and paid social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.
Concept, film and edit short-form video content designed specifically for different platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok.
Capture authentic, social-first photo and video content using a smartphone and content creation tools.
Support campaign, lifestyle and product shoots, assisting with planning, content capture and asset management.
Research social trends, creators and emerging content opportunities to keep Solbari's content fresh, relevant and engaging.




Identify and respond quickly to trend-led content opportunities while staying true to Solbari's tone of voice and storytelling pillars.
Create and adapt creative assets for both organic social and paid digital campaigns.
Assist with content publishing, community engagement and social media management.
Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to continuously improve results.
Collaborate with creators, influencers, ambassadors and customers to develop compelling stories and content.
About You
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Confidence capturing authentic photo and video content using a smartphone.
Solid understanding of social media trends, platform best practices and evolving content formats.
Experience creating short-form video content that feels native to each platform.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling, ideation and visual communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
Experience working with creators, influencers or brand partnerships will be highly regarded.
