The successful candidate will commence on day shift for training and onboarding before transitioning to afternoon shift as part of the permanent roster.

Key Responsibilities




Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment
Fault find and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimise downtime
Carry out planned maintenance schedules
Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards
About You
Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or similar highly regarded)
Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Willingness to transition from day shift to afternoon shift
