About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Architect
to join a high-performing project team delivering enterprise-scale ERP solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend best practices.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support solution design, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide functional guidance during implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create user documentation, training materials,



and conduct end-user training.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
Solid experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:
General Ledger
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Fixed Assets
Cash & Bank Management
Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory Management
Project Operations (desirable)
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP business processes.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
Proven experience writing functional specifications and process documentation.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
