Adecco is seeking an experienced
Warehouse Associate
to join our client's growing Shipping Team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, with a key focus on picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will require a current
LF Forklift Licence with proven high reach forklift experience
and be comfortable working across various warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate a reach forklift safely to move, store, and retrieve stock
Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled correctly
Prepare shipments including labelling, documentation, and dispatch activities
Perform stock movements, replenishment, and inventory checks as required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse setting




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Support wider warehouse operations and team members as required
About You
Current
LF Forklift Licence
with demonstrated
reach forklift experience (essential)
Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
Experience with picking, packing, dispatch, and stock handling processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines
Flexible availability to work across operating hours between 6:30am and 5:00pm
