Maintenance Technician
to join our team, working across a portfolio of premium commercial high-rise buildings and healthcare facilities throughout Melbourne CBD.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs to ensure our clients' facilities remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repair works.
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and fault finding.
Diagnose and rectify a wide range of building maintenance issues.
Complete maintenance reports and service documentation.
Liaise professionally with clients, building managers and contractors.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and presentation at all times.
About You
You are a proactive,



reliable and customer-focused tradesperson who enjoys solving problems and working independently.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance or a related trade.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Desirable
Trade qualification (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry or similar).
Experience working within commercial buildings, hospitals or healthcare facilities.
Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
