As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised, energetic and customer-focused
Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Coordinator
to become the operational heartbeat of our Sales team.
This isn't your typical admin role.
You'll work closely with our
Strategic Sales & New Business Manager
to keep opportunities moving, generate leads and create an outstanding customer experience.
About the role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll support our new business sales team from initial enquiry through to contract execution while also helping generate new opportunities through outbound campaigns, events and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposals and quotations
Create and maintain opportunities within HubSpot CRM




Schedule meetings for the New Business Manager
Prepare contracts and supporting documentation
Manage sales documentation and templates
Qualify inbound enquiries & book demonstrations for the New Business Manager
Follow up marketing campaigns & maintain prospect databases
Conduct research on target organisations
Generate weekly pipeline reports
Assist with tender submissions & coordinate documentation
Maintain response libraries & liaise with internal stakeholders
Coordinate trade shows and conferences while preparing promotional materials
Skills and experience

Ideally, you'll have experience in:
Internal Sales
Customer Service
Business Development Support
CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not essential)
Microsoft Office Suite
Tender coordination (desirable)
Software or SaaS experience (desirable)
