You will be driving transformation across customer-facing and operational domains, with genuine scope to shape how the program evolves.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a complex portfolio of interconnected projects spanning billing, credit, meter data, and customer experience, core to the products this organisation delivers to utilities clients globally. You will bring structure and momentum to a high-visibility program, working alongside senior leaders, technical teams, and customer-focused stakeholders across the business.
This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who has been operating at the top of their current level and is seeking a platform to demonstrate program-level capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent projects across billing, credit, meter data, and customer experience domains
Drive delivery outcomes using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including running ceremonies and maintaining cadence across delivery teams
Engage and manage senior stakeholders across the business, providing transparent program reporting, risk escalation,



and executive-level communication
Develop and maintain program-level governance artefacts including roadmaps, risk registers, RAID logs, and status reporting
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional working groups to align teams, resolve blockers, and drive outcomes
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring program outcomes deliver measurable improvement to customer experience
Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery efficiency and reporting
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, ideally looking to transition into a Program Manager role
Experience in the utilities software, energy technology, or regulated utilities sector
Strong understanding of billing, credit, and meter data systems and processes
Experience running Scrum and working within Agile delivery frameworks
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders confidently and constructively
Skilled facilitator with experience leading workshops and cross-functional sessions
Customer experience orientation — understanding how back-office delivery connects to front-line outcomes
Solid governance and traceability practices with attention to documentation and accountability
Desirable:
Exposure to AI tools and emerging technology in a project or program context
Experience managing interdependencies across multiple concurrent projects
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent)
