Community Rehabilitation Program

Senior Clinician

, based predominantly at
Dandenong Springvale Community Rehabilitation

This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting service development, mentoring staff and students, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise within Community Rehabilitation
Support and mentor Physiotherapists, students and the wider multidisciplinary team
Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care to clients with complex rehabilitation needs
Contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives and clinical education
Partner with the Team Leader and Senior Clinicians to support service delivery and team development

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive clinical experience in Physiotherapy
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
A passion for leadership, mentoring and service improvement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative approach and commitment to person-centred care
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or recognised equivalent
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Working towards, or completion of, relevant postgraduate studies
Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), including involvement in relevant Special Interest Group(s)
Current Victorian Driver Licence
