It is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant with a contemporary European bistro feel.

Annual salary, 4 weeks paid annual leave, superannuation, tips
4 day work week, 3 days off every week

What we are looking for:
At least 1 year experience working within a fine dining or high end restaurant
Able to maintain high quality standards, run your own section and multi-taskin a busy, open kitchen
Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude
Passionate about learning and developing your skills




High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable
The Chef De Partie will be required to:
Learn how to work all sections of the kitchen
Follow directions from and support the Head Chef
Have full Australian working rights - no sponsorship available for this position
Minimum Diploma Qualified
Have at least 2 years relevant work experience
Be available to work nights and weekends
