We are looking for a talented and organised Receptionist/Clerical professional to join the team at Jonkers Smash Repairs in Morayfield, QLD.
This full time role will be the central point of contact for our customers, handling all front‐of‐house duties and accounting responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients, both in-person and on the phone
Handling all incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings
Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.
Ensuring the reception area is well‐presented and maintained
Assisting with other duties as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar reception or administrative role, ideally within the automotive or customer service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail




Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
