We're looking for an organized multitasker to manage and adjust caregiver rosters daily, ensuring clients get the support they need.
You'll coordinate with caregivers and clients, fill last-minute shifts, and keep everything running smoothly using scheduling software.
This fast-paced role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and working a rotating roster including one night and one weekend per month.

Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters for our caregivers




Handling last-minute changes and filling shifts as needed
Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients to ensure smooth matches
Using scheduling software to keep everything running efficiently
Monitoring and actioning email/phone call requests for new/changes to client schedules
What we're looking for:

Experience with rostering or scheduling (healthcare or community services a bonus)
Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of the SCHADS award is highly desirable.
