As a Car Carrier Driver at Hazell Bros, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
This position can be based in either Burnie or Launceston.
The ROLE:
A commitment to our culture of Safety 1st Always Works.
Responsibility for the safe operation of car carrier equipment and the secure transportation of vehicles.
Conducting pre-start inspections and ensuring vehicles are loaded, secured, transported, and unloaded safely.
Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Being a reliable team member with strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
About YOU:
Current Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) Licence.
Ability to operate under Basic Fatigue Management (BFM).
Experience operating car carrier equipment or transporting machinery, vehicles, or plant is highly regarded.
Sound understanding of vehicle loading, unloading, and load restraint requirements.




Strong awareness of road transport legislation and safe driving practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to care for customer vehicles during transit.
A commitment to maintaining strong work health and safety practices.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
