AtWagyu Biltong Co., we're on a mission to reinvent healthy snacking.
We produce Australia's premium Wagyu and Angus biltong using traditional South African curing techniques, creating a clean, high-protein snack.
As demand continues to grow across supermarkets, independent retailers and specialty stores, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Merchandiser to help grow our presence throughout Perth.

About the Role
This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 38 hours/week) with occasional weekend promotional events.
You'll be responsible for maintaining outstanding in-store execution while developing strong relationships with retailers to maximise sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Merchandising and replenishing stock across an established retail network
Building solid relationships with store owners and department managers
Ensuring displays are presented to the highest standard
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders where required
Identifying new sales opportunities and growing existing accounts
Delivering stock to customers using a company vehicle
Maintaining product quality and rotation
Food handling, cleaning and food safety compliance




Supporting marketing/ sales event activity
Achieving weekly and monthly sales and merchandising KPIs
Representing Wagyu Biltong Co. with professionalism and enthusiasm
About You
You'll be a self-motivated person who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous merchandising, sales or retail experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A current WA Driver's Licence
Professional presentation
Food industry or FMCG experience (preferred but not essential)
Food safety knowledge (desirable)
Ability to lift and move stock when required
