We are a rapidly growing civil construction company based on Brisbane's southside, delivering residential subdivision and commercial infrastructure projects.
Our work spans bulk earthworks, road construction, and underground services including sewer and stormwater.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedGrader Operator (Final Trim / UTS)to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
Working within a close-knit civil crew, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate graders to completefinal trim worksto required tolerances
UtiliseUTS/GPS systemsfor accurate set-out and grading
Assist in delivering residential subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
Read and interpret plans, levels, and site specifications
Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on plant and equipment




Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
Maintain a strong focus onsafety, compliance, and quality assurance
Identify, report, and manage hazards or site issues promptly
Ensure works are completed efficiently, minimising rework and delays
About You:
Minimum5 years' experiencein civil construction
Proven experience inFinal Trim and UTS/GPS operation
Background in residential subdivisions or similar civil projects (roads, earthworks, utilities, infrastructure)
Strong understanding of site safety and WHS requirements
Reliable, motivated, and able to work within a team environment
