Komatsu has the opportunity for a Product Support Advisor to assist in our Rio Tinto contract.
You'll be managing the fleet health of all Komatsu equipment by providing on-the-job technical assistance for the maintenance personnel in fault finding including major components change outs, maintenance practices & operating practices.
Your job is to assist personnel to resolve parts sourcing issues and resolve technical information sourcing issues.
Key Responsibilities Understanding the daily downtime of machine fleet at site Involvement in repair process on local dealer machinery Assistance in administration of warranty Understanding and forecasting the scheduled downtime Weekly site update Feedback on service personnel Optimisation of machines Machine systems monitoring Roster: 8:6 FIFO ex Perth – Day shift only Role Located: Pilbara Must be living in Perth to be considered.
