Looking to hire a new Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fun & vibey restaurant!
What you'll be doing
Supporting the Restaurant Manager & Owner in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed
Stepping up as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, taking full responsibility for operations
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters -no late nights or early mornings
