APM Employment Services in Hobart, TAS is seeking an experienced Training Facilitator – Employability Skills Training (EST) to deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training and support services to EST participants so they can compete in the local labour market.
You will use career assessment tools, design individual pathways, provide one-on-one coaching, tailor content for diverse cohorts, and work within a cooperative team to lift participant outcomes.
