About the Role
As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of commercial vehicles including trucks, trailers and buses.
Working in a fully equipped workshop, you'll carry out high-quality repairs while ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards.

Up to$***** per hourcasual
Monday to Friday roster with overtime available
7:00am-4:00pm standard hours (6:00am starts available for OT)
Weekend work available when required

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on heavy vehicles
Perform servicing, maintenance and preventative repairs
Repair and replace suspension, clutch and brake components
Complete inspections and identify additional repair requirements
Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation
Work safely while maintaining a clean and organised workshop
About You
Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle or Diesel Mechanic
Previous experience working on trucks, trailers or buses
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience across a range of American, European and Japanese vehicles (desirable)
Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
