Morning (AM) shifts
Afternoon (PM) shifts
Night Duty (ND) shifts
To ensure continuity of care for our residents, we are seeking nurses who can commit to a minimum ofthree shifts per week, with a preference for availability acrossMonday to Friday.

About Brightwater Inglewood
Our purpose-built Inglewood facility features128 private roomsacross two levels, thoughtfully designed intoeight individual households.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances our residents' wellbeing and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care
Delivering care in line with individualised Care Plans
Promoting resident choice, independence, and dignity
Providing clinical leadership and support to care teams
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Contributing to a safe, compassionate, and collaborative care environment
About You
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who enjoys working closely with residents and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
The confidence to lead shifts while mentoring and supporting team members
Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
