Customer Service Officer - 12-month parental leave contract

About the role
This full time, 12‐month contract role provides coverage during a team member's parental leave.
Reporting to the Regional Manager-NSW, you will be responsible for delivering a high‐quality customer experience at our Campbelltown Office.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Responds promptly and professionally to the company's incoming calls
Effectively schedule all allocate incoming service and repair work
Coordinate with customers on equipment rental enquiries,



service quotations, and ongoing job status updates
Ensure all completed work is invoiced and closed off in a timely manner
Liaise with Sales and Technical Support teams to resolve any customer related issues and ensure customers best interests are considered
About you
Demonstrated success in an office admin role
Ability to regularly lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg safely
Enjoy working on a schedule and facilitating tasks
Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional at building rapport and sustaining meaningful relationships
